Sawing Center SW 600

Automatic miter sawing system for aluminium and plastic profiles

The SW 600 is a fully automated miter sawing center designed for precise cuts at various angles. It supports both single and paired profile processing (depending on contour), with stepless miter adjustment from 22.5° (left) to 157.5° (right).

Control is managed via an industrial PC with a 21″ screen. Optimized cutting lists can be imported from Excel or CSV files. Built - in diagnostics and a VPN - ready IXON router ensure reliable operation.

Profiles are positioned via a servo - driven gripper and automatically separated after cutting. Trim and scrap fall into a rear - side collection box; finished parts are extracted to the front via a transport and belt conveyor system.

Finished parts transported by 4,000 mm conveyor with motorized gripper

Cross pusher moves parts to belt conveyor (3,200 mm wide, 2,000 mm long, felt belt at start)
