The Profilma 460 has been established in the market as a profile cutting specialist for years. With the adapted solid material variant, its application range now extends to high-performance solid material cutting — including parallel multi-bar cuts at the same cycle time.
In multi-bar mode, the Profilma 460 cuts two ⌀30 mm aluminum solid bars in parallel in 1.2 seconds — at a length tolerance of ±0.05 mm. Identical performance with brass solid material. The cut surface is ready for use directly from the machine, with no post-processing required.
