The machine frame is manufactured as a stable, stress - relieved welded steel construction and fitted with hardened linear guideways. A protective enclosure covering the entire machining length, together with a pneumatically opening safety door, ensures high operator safety and comfortable access to the working area.

High - Performance Milling Spindle (Standard)

The standard milling spindle delivers 6.0/7.2 kW (S1/S6) with a torque of 9.5/11.5 Nm (S1/S6) and reaches speeds of up to 18,000 rpm. It is air - cooled, equipped with an ISO 30 tool holder, and features a minimum quantity lubrication system with level monitoring, ensuring efficient machining and long tool life.
