GS 550 Fix

Heavy - duty high - speed circular saw for precision cutting of aluminum and plastic profiles at 90°. Designed for Ø 550 mm saw blades, the GS 550 Fix is ideal for fast, low - burr cutting in high - volume applications.

Equipped with a powerful 7.5 kW motor (S6, 400 V, 50 Hz, 2,850 rpm), the machine delivers a cutting speed of 82 m/sec. The hydropneumatic bottom - up saw feed ensures clean, consistent cuts with minimal material deformation.

The saw is purpose - built for 90° cuts, making it a robust solution for repeat operations. Workpieces are securely clamped using vertical and horizontal pneumatic clamps (2 cylinders each), with integrated pressure regulation to protect profile surfaces.

A stationary base with a working height of 970 mm ensures ergonomic operation. The saw blade housing is positioned below the tabletop, and the manual safety hood (optionally pneumatic) provides reliable protection.

Two Ø 100 mm chip extraction nozzles and a potential - free contact for external extraction system control support clean, efficient operation. The machine includes a minimum quantity lubricator with one nozzle and a 1 - litre coolant tank with level monitoring for optimal blade protection and minimal consumption.

A sound insulation package with noise - absorbing mats inside the hood and blade guard reduces noise emissions during operation. Operation is performed via two - hand safety control.
