High - precision corner joining machine for aluminium profiles with a groove dimension of 25–60 mm and profile chamber offset up to 40 mm. Adjustable punching bodies as well as infinitely height - adjustable probes, blades and abutment inserts provide maximum flexibility when processing a wide variety of profile geometries.

The retractable abutment facilitates profile loading and adjusts automatically when moved forward. Hydraulic locking ensures stable positioning. The pneumatic pressing process via a lever system guarantees synchronous punching on both sides.

Two eccentric discs enable precise frame alignment, while two pneumatic hold - down clamps securely fix the profiles. The swivelling profile supports and operation via two foot valves ensure ergonomic and safe working.
