Semi-automatic Miter Saw GS 350

Precise and reliable – the GS 350 mitre saw is designed for professional cutting of aluminum and plastic profiles of medium quantities using Ø 350 mm saw blades. Powered by a robust 2.2 kW motor (400 V, 50 Hz) and equipped with a hydropneumatic saw feed, it delivers smooth bottom - up cuts with consistent accuracy.

The swiveling cross - cut fence allows mitre angles from 30° (left) to 0° (right) and features a precise angle scale. Lock - in points at 45° and 90° enable fast, repeatable positioning. The rear stop can be shifted 90 mm backward to accommodate wider profiles.

Vertical pneumatic clamping with two cylinders ensures secure positioning of the workpiece. Optional horizontal clamps offer additional stability. The machine is mounted on a stationary base with a working height of 965 mm for ergonomic operation.

Safety is ensured by a manual protective hood. Two Ø 100 mm chip extraction nozzles and a compressed air gun with spiral hose keep the workspace clean. Operation is performed via intuitive 2 - hand control for maximum safety.

A single - nozzle spray lubrication system minimizes cutting oil use and extends tool life.
