Semi-automatic Miter Saw GS 600

High - performance semi - automatic mitre saw for precise cutting of aluminum and PVC profiles using Ø 600 mm saw blades. The powerful 5.5 kW motor (400 V/50 Hz) operates at 3,000 rpm, delivering smooth, accurate cuts even on large cross sections.

Equipped with a hydro - pneumatic saw feed and a bottom - up cutting action, the GS 600 ensures clean results with minimal burr formation. The swiveling rear material stop allows angle settings from 20° to 90° in both directions and features a digital angle display for exact adjustment. Grid locks at 22.5°, 45°, and 90° support quick and repeatable positioning. The stop can also be shifted 200 mm backward to accommodate wider profiles.

Vertical and horizontal pneumatic clamps (each with 2 cylinders) securely hold the workpiece in place. Integrated pressure regulation protects sensitive surfaces and improves clamping precision.

The saw includes a pneumatically opening safety hood, two Ø 100 mm chip extraction ports, and a 24 V signal output for external dust extraction systems. An air gun with spiral hose is included for workplace cleaning.

Operation is performed safely via two - hand control. The integrated minimum quantity spray system with a single nozzle ensures optimal lubrication with minimal consumption.
