Horizontal Chain Conveyor HKF-5/415 (P620)

The HKF - 5/415 is a heavy - duty automatic loading system for the Profilma 620.

Featuring five rubber - coated chain tracks, it handles profiles up to 2,500 kg total load. (Equally distributed throughout all chambers)

Four compartments (each 415 mm wide) allow generous profile storage. Pneumatic transfer with four lifting cylinders and one feed cylinder ensures smooth delivery to the saw. Positioning rollers in the first compartment ensure accurate manual alignment with the right - hand material stop.

A frequency - controlled gear motor powers all tracks. Dual control panels mounted on the side guard allow setup from either side. Side/rear safety fencing and a front light barrier ensure safe operation.
