•Semi-automatic notching saw for aluminium and plastic profiles – ideal for façade and structural applications. Two independent 3.0 kW motors drive the vertical and horizontal saw blades. The hydropneumatic feed is infinitely adjustable. Vertical and horizontal pneumatic clamps securely hold the profile.
•The Prisma 500 allows precise three-axis mitre cuts and also functions as a shifting saw. Both blades are manually tiltable and can be precisely positioned via mechanical digital indicators. The horizontal blade can be moved up to 20 mm forward in front of the vertical one.
•A depth-adjustable profile stop with scale and a dual-nozzle spray system ensure accuracy and blade lubrication.

•NC-controlled notching saw for precise processing of aluminium and plastic profiles in façade and structural construction. Four motorized axes (notch height, notch depth, vertical tilt, combined tilt) enable exact cuts with minimal setup time.
•Two independent 3.0 kW motors drive vertical and horizontal saw blades. The hydropneumatic feed is continuously adjustable. Supports 3D mitres and shifting cuts.
•Notch height and depth, as well as all tilting movements, are motorized and controlled via the central system. Pneumatic vertical and horizontal clamps secure the profile during cutting.

PRISMA 652
•NC-controlled notching saw for aluminium and PVC profiles – designed specifically for façade and structural engineering applications. With four motorised axes (notching height, notching depth, vertical swivel angle, combined swivel angle), all cutting parameters can be positioned precisely and reproducibly.
•In addition, the Prisma 652 features an automatic pre-cutting unit: the horizontal saw blade is pneumatically fed against a fixed stop to enable a defined pre-cut into the profile. The pre-cut depth can be set manually up to 40 mm via a mechanical digital display and is activated by push-button.
•Both saw blades (Ø 550/650 mm) are driven by separate 3.0 kW motors. The hydro-pneumatic feed is infinitely adjustable. Pneumatic clamping cylinders securely fix the workpiece. Notching in three planes; can also be used as a mitre saw.
