Entry level automatic circular saw for aluminum and PVC profiles

Designed for high - efficiency, series production, the Profilma 501 ECO delivers precision 90° cuts with fully automated operation. It is built for 550 mm saw blades and ideal for processing both single profiles and bundled material.

Powered by a 7.5 kW motor (S6, 400 V, 50 Hz, 2850 rpm) with stepless blade speed control, the saw achieves high - quality, low - burr cuts. A hydro - pneumatic saw feed moves the blade vertically from below. Cutting height can be adjusted via sensors. Kerf widening on both sides of the blade ensures minimal surface damage on the cutting surface.

Control is via a Siemens touch panel, featuring cycle time display, piece counter, quantity multiplier for bundles, and integrated error diagnostics. The material feed system uses a servo motor with ball screw drive for precision positioning. The feeder carriage supports lengths from 3 to 650 mm, with reversible movement for cuts up to 3.35 m. Automatic shut - off is triggered via end switch at the material end. Minimum rest piece: from 75 mm (profile dependent).

Six pneumatic clamps (vertical and horizontal) with individual pressure adjustment ensure secure and material - friendly holding. The saw sits on a stationary base (working height 980 mm). The blade is housed under the table, protected by a manually operated safety hood monitored by safety switches.

Additional features include two Ø 100 mm extraction nozzles, an optional potential - free contact for chip extraction systems, a minimum quantity lubrication unit with 1 - litre tank and fill - level monitoring, and a noise reduction package with sound - absorbing mats in the hood and blade guard.
