High - Performance Fully Automatic Sawing System for Aluminium and Plastic Profiles

Designed for 400 or 460 mm saw blades, this powerful sawing system is ideal for efficient processing in multi - shift operations.

The Siemens S7 control system with touchscreen offers an intuitive user interface with piece counter, cycle time display, and detailed error diagnostics. A built - in IXON router enables secure VPN remote maintenance. The piece multiplier function allows the cutting of entire profile layers in a single cycle.

The machine is powered by a 12 kW motor (S6, 400 V, 50 Hz, 2,850 rpm) with infinitely variable speed control. The motorized saw feed guides the blade diagonally from above across the table, delivering clean, precise cuts. Bilateral kerf widening helps minimize the risk of damages on the cutting surface.

Material feed is handled via a ball screw spindle with servomotor. Feed length: 3–670 mm. The feed carriage is floating - mounted and features a lift/lower function for gentle material handling. Reversing cuts are possible up to a length of 3.35 m. Cut - off lengths from 10 mm, or from 3 mm using special clamping jaws. Minimum rest piece length: from 50 mm (single profile) or 75 mm (profile bundle), depending on the profile.

Six pneumatic clamps (horizontal/vertical) with adjustable clamping pressure ensure secure workpiece positioning. The stationary base frame (working height: 960 mm), pneumatically opening safety hood, and the enclosed saw blade housing under the table provide maximum operational safety.

– Two chip extraction ports: Ø 100 mm + Ø 160 mm
