Powerful, fully automatic saw system for precise processing of aluminium and plastic profiles. Designed for 600 or 650 mm saw blades, ideal for high - throughput industrial use.

The Siemens S7 control with 7" touch display offers intuitive operation with piece counter, cycle time display and error diagnostics. A built - in IXON router enables secure VPN remote access. Quantity multiplier and input for single or chain dimensions simplify bundle processing.

The 18.5 kW saw drive (S6, 400 V, 50 Hz, 2,850 rpm) features stepless speed control from 2,000 to 3,100 rpm. The motorized saw feed moves the blade across the table from rear to front. Dual - sided kerf extension reduces material tension.

Material feeding is handled via a ball screw spindle with servo drive. Feed length: 2–1,020 mm. The floating feed carriage includes lifting/lowering function and drag roller. Reverse cutting is possible up to 5 m. Cut lengths from 10 mm, or from 3 mm with special clamping jaws. Minimum offcut: from 50 mm (single profiles) or 75 mm (bundles), depending on the profile.

Six pneumatic clamps (horizontal/vertical) with adjustable clamping pressure ensure secure fixing. The system switches off automatically at material end. A stationary base frame (working height: 960 mm), pneumatically opening safety hood and sound - insulated saw blade housing provide maximum safety and noise reduction.
