Fully automatic sawing and punching machine for aluminium and plastic profiles

The Profilma 502 ST - HV combines precise sawing with highly flexible punching in one fully automated process. Based on the proven Profilma 502 model, it is tailored for high - volume production and complex operations – including the processing of entire profile stacks.

Operation is handled via a Siemens S7 system with touch display, piece counter, cycle time indicator, and integrated fault diagnostics. A built - in IXON router allows secure VPN - based remote access. Up to 10 punching dimensions can be programmed per job. The horizontal punching unit can be deactivated when not in use.
