Sawing System KS 650

The fully automatic Profilma KS 650 is designed for precise cutting of aluminum and plastic profiles up to 7,300 mm in length. It combines excellent repeatability, cutting quality, and intelligent material handling.

In the standard configuration, the machine processes finished parts from 10 to 3,500 mm. With the optional second discharge table, it can also handle part lengths up to 7,000 mm – ideal for extended profiles.

The Siemens S7 - 1500 control system with 12" touchscreen allows for intuitive operation, including diagnostics and remote access via IXON VPN. The system supports single and chain measurements and is optimized for bundle processing.

Virtually generated digital chambers in the magazine allow for layered profile loading, which is then processed automatically – either individually or as bundles depending on the profile.

Discharge System:

Good parts 500–3,500 mm: roller + belt conveyor with discharge table

Optional: parts up to 7,000 mm via second discharge table

10–500 mm: ejected via pusher onto cross belt (1,800 × 550 mm)

Optional: bulk discharge belt for small parts up to 120 mm

Powered discharge roller conveyor for parts > 500 mm

Belt conveyor height - adjustable, ribbed for tube discharge

10–1,000 mm: ± 0.15 mm

up to 3,000 mm: ± 0.30 mm

Saw angle ± 0.15° at 470 mm width
