The machine offers 80 mm stroke, 200 mm throat depth and 300 mm installation height. Stroke limitation is scale - adjustable; up to 15 double strokes per minute are possible.
The DYNO 40 A features an integrated lubrication system with 2 spray nozzles for consistent punch lubrication. Operation is selectable via a 3 - position switch:
– Pos. 1: Foot pedal
– Pos. 2: Two - hand control
– Pos. 3: Automatic sensor activation
Included are a foot pedal, dual - hand control, sensor connector, and four pneumatic quick couplings for profile clamping and ejection cylinders.
The machine is mounted on a stationary frame with 950 mm working height. The solid 600 × 400 mm table offers sufficient space for tooling.
