Spare Parts for Pressta-Eisele Saws

Original spare parts direct from our factory in Bullay, Germany — for current machines and older series alike. If you run a Pressta-Eisele saw in your production, you get wear and spare parts here from the same engineering the machine came from: exact fit, no adaptation risk, backed by over 30 years of sawing technology. For fast identification, the machine number from the type plate is all we need.

Lifting cylinders

Lifting cylinders raise the profile during material transport, protecting both workpiece and support surfaces. Typical wear patterns: dropping pressure, leaking seal kits, uneven lifting — noticeable through scratches on the profile or imprecise positioning. Available as original spare parts matching your machine series, ready to install.

Support rails

Support rails carry the profile in the working area of the saw. Grooves and wear marks on the rail transfer directly onto the profile surface — a complaint risk with anodized or visible parts. Worn support rails also compromise seating accuracy. Replacing them restores the machine to its original delivery condition.

Saw blades

Carbide saw blades matched to machine and material: tooth geometry and blade diameter to suit your machine series, for low-burr cutting of aluminum profiles. A dull or wrongly chosen blade costs cutting quality and tool life — our upcoming guide explains which blade suits which profile.

Clamping cylinders

Clamping cylinders hold the profile in place during the cut — they are the basis of cutting accuracy. Declining clamping force first shows in dimensional deviations and vibration marks on the cut surface, long before the cylinder fails. Replacing early keeps the machine accurate without readjustment.

Older machine series covered

Spare parts supply covers the entire machine life cycle — including series that have been in service for many years. Engineering, manufacturing and service work under one roof in Bullay: short paths from inquiry to the right part.
