Profilma HS Live for the First Time: Premiere at Our Partner in Italy
Two weeks before ALUMINIUM 2026, the Profilma HS had its first public demonstration. The event was hosted by RI.F.SAW in Rezzato, northern Italy, showing exactly the configuration that will run in Düsseldorf.
On 22 September 2026, the Profilma HS was shown in public for the first time. The event was hosted by RI.F.SAW in Rezzato, province of Brescia, Italy.
The high-speed saw for solid material ran in the same configuration that will be on show at ALUMINIUM 2026: it cuts three round bars of 30 mm diameter simultaneously, 0.5 seconds per finished part.
The machine is built for manufacturers whose saw sets the pace of the entire production: busbars for e-mobility, solar and energy technology, brass semi-finished products for turned parts, connector and contact components. It is designed for aluminium, copper and brass, with length tolerances below ±0.1 mm and a very clean, virtually burr-free cut.
