ALUMINIUM 2026: Seeing is believing in Hall 5, Booth 5A30
From 6 to 8 October, Pressta-Eisele and RSA cutting technologies exhibit together at ALUMINIUM for the first time and show live what you usually read on a data sheet. And three of our developments are in the running for the ALUMINIUM Innovation Awards 2026.
From 6 to 8 October 2026 we are exhibiting at ALUMINIUM in Düsseldorf, the world's leading trade fair for the aluminium industry. You will find us in Hall 5, Booth 5A30, right at the main entrance of the hall, daily from 9 am to 6 pm. Pressta-Eisele and RSA cutting technologies are exhibiting together at ALUMINIUM for the first time, with our partner MECAL MACHINERY.
Data sheet values are one thing. Whether it works with your wall thickness, your volumes and your process is something you see on a running machine. That is why six machines are running at our booth.
Running live at our booth
- Profilma HS: high-speed saw for solid stock. At the booth it cuts three Ø 30 mm round bars simultaneously, at 0.5 seconds per good part.
- Profilma 460 in cell housing configuration: the saw from our production line for aluminium battery cell housings. It cuts thin-walled cell housing profiles live. The complete line is too big for the exhibition hall, its saw is not.
- FlexCell: modular automation cell for aluminium processing. Live at the booth: flow drilling, thread forming and sensor testing in one cell.
- Profilma 502 ST-V: automatic saw and punch that saws and punches in one operation.
- MC 312 TAURUS and MC 307 FALCON by MECAL MACHINERY: compact 5-axis and high-speed 4-axis profile machining.
Also on display: the Rasamat automatic deburring machine by RSA cutting technologies, the GARDA double mitre saw and the Häberle AL 350 aluminium saw.
Three developments in the running for the ALUMINIUM Innovation Awards 2026
The Profilma HS, the FlexCell and our production line for battery cell housings have been submitted for the ALUMINIUM Innovation Awards 2026. Public voting is open until Wednesday, 23 September 2026, 11:59 pm CEST, with one vote per category. If our work convinces you, we would appreciate your vote for the FlexCell (category Smart Manufacturing) and the Battery Cell Housing Production Line (category Technology & Product Innovation).

The awards will be presented on Wednesday, 7 October 2026, from 4:30 pm on the conference stage in Hall 3.
