PRISMA 650

NC - controlled notching saw for precise processing of aluminium and plastic profiles in façade and structural construction. Four motorized axes (notch height, notch depth, vertical tilt, combined tilt) enable exact cuts with minimal setup time.

Two independent 3.0 kW motors drive vertical and horizontal saw blades. The hydropneumatic feed is continuously adjustable. Supports 3D mitres and shifting cuts.

Notch height and depth, as well as all tilting movements, are motorized and controlled via the central system. Pneumatic vertical and horizontal clamps secure the profile during cutting.
